Date of Visit: 27/07/2025 Time: Around 12:30 PM Today I visited The Good Guys and had a great experience overall, thanks especially to Steven O, who was a fantastic salesperson. He was friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in assisting customers. If you need support in-store, I highly recommend seeking out Steven—he was excellent. However, I had a negative experience in the Laundry section with a staff member named Shane. Unfortunately, Shane was rude and had a very poor attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. His behavior stood out in contrast to the otherwise positive service I received. Despite Shane’s behavior, I’ve decided to give a 5-star rating because of Steven’s outstanding customer service. But I do hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses Shane’s conduct.

Came in to buy a new coffee machine after the staff next door at JB totally ignored me walking in, waiting, and walking out. Not even 5 seconds had passed when I was greeted by friendly Terri, who was very helpful and sold me the $349 machine I was after and made sure I got the bonus 30 coffee pod offer. Thank you so very much for the awesome customer service. As a former Good Guys employee of 7 years, it’s nice to see that your customer service standards have not slipped.

A young lady by the name of Cheneoa, was extremely helpful today as I was purchasing a digital radio she went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the right price for the radio that I was purchasing. I can’t thank her enough for her courteous and beautiful customer service manner.

I recently visited The Good Guys Cranbourne during the Black Friday sale, intending to browse, but thanks to Bobbi B’s outstanding customer service, I ended up spending $5-6K on appliances—purchases I initially planned to make at JB Hi-Fi next door. Bobbi’s genuine passion for helping, along with exceptional knowledge and patience, made the entire shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Fantastic, I had done my due diligence and homework before I arrived. I was going in to purchase a barrel vacume and a carpet cleaner and had the models already picked out and recorded on my phone. I was greeted with a smile as I walked in and asked if I needed assistance. I told the Yong lady what I was after showing her the models and brands I had picked. Using her product knowledge she actually showed me better models then I had picked at lower prices. Then offered a small discount on top of the specials she had already guided me too. I was in and out within 20min spending less than I had expected while geting more bang for my buck. Very happy will be back
